Surprising Improvement From Simple Maintenance Task

At Bondtech we use several 3D printers to assist on our product development. Most design iterations are tested with 3D printed parts. Recently we were having some issues with one of our upgraded Prusa. 3D prints were not as good as expected, even with the Bondtech upgrade installed. After a quick print model to evaluate alternative solutions, we took the easiest one first: a proper cleaning of the nozzle.
We just hit gold!!
The test print after the nozzle cleaning was absolutely amazing.

This is not a solution to every problem, but sometimes simple fixes yield great results.
